About Course

This programme is a structured 3-day team building course designed to strengthen teamwork, communication, and organisational alignment across all levels of the workforce. Through experiential learning, simulation exercises, facilitated debriefing, and interactive discussions, participants will develop stronger collaboration skills while building trust, mutual respect, and psychological safety within teams.

By the end of the session, the participants will be able to:

  • i. Instilled a shared vision, mission, and core values
  • ii. Strengthened communication strategies to improve collaboration and teamwork
  • iii. Built greater trust, psychological safety, and mutual respect among team members.
  • iv. Enhanced resilience, adaptability, and agility to manage change and uncertainty effectively.

Thevan S.Ramasamy
Accredited HRDC Trainer

Thevan S Ramasamy is a seasoned logistics and express delivery professional with over 20 years of experience in operational excellence, safety management, dangerous goods handling, leadership development, and Learning & Development (L&D). As an experienced L&D Manager, he has led workforce capability development and organizational learning initiatives across the industry.

As a certified HRDC trainer, he has conducted more than 400 training sessions impacting over 5,000 participants nationwide, and has been invited as a guest speaker at HRDC events. He also serves as an Industry Expert for the NOSS – Courier Service Management program with the Department of Skills Development (JPK), Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia, and is a certified Safety and Health Officer (SHO) accredited by NIOSH.

Currently, he is actively involved in government-supported TVET initiatives focused on workforce accreditation and industry-ready talent development in Malaysia.
